We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect upon arrival.
If your item arrived in a damaged condition, you have 10 days to contact us by phone or email regarding the damaged, missing, or incorrect product. At the time of your call please provide your order number and a detailed description of your case. After reviewing your situation, we will determine the appropriate action and respond within three business days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit of the item purchase price, minus the shipping costs, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
